Nuwave Oven - Dissatisfied with product, disgusted with customer service.
My name is Yvette, I live in Florida.
A few years ago I ordered the black model, and bought the extender ring, cover, and all the extra bells and whistles. I paid the S&H for a second appliance. My oven was defective, it browned food only on the front half of the appliance. I called customer service a week later about the defect.
Customer service was rude and surly and refused to honor the guarantee. (They were more than pleased to sell it though)
My blood pressure raises, so I am compelled to change the TV channel every time the infomercial comes on.
Because of my shoddy treatment, I do not recommend the oven to those in my online cooking clubs that enquire about it.
Reason of review: bad quality, warranty issue, poor custome service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Nuwave Oven Cons: Csr attitude on the phone, Defective dome.

After reading the reviews, I changed my mind about buying one.
I just want a refurbish, clearance, recondition, sent back, whatever you called i just want to cook & eat, i have had 4 in 6 yrs they wear out, its good for me, the site said visit to much but they freeze my computer & wont let me order a used one, why NUWAVE Direct
