My plastic cover cracked and I drilled *** to stop the run. A few months later my cover was full of holes.

then the thermo fuse broke down. replaced same then the top cover started to crack. Still going. Do 4 to 5 minutes then lift lid to let hot air out and do another 4 or 5 minutes.

They are now offering two for the price of one. but they will individual wrap each item and charge to shipping rate on each item ordered even the recipes thats how they make their money. Your best bet is to use a good credit card to pay and should you not be satisfied when you receive same shout fraud. The credit company will refund if you say you were overcharged and if they do not pay return shipping cost ....you have a free appliance.

But be fair. Do this only if they overcharge you and not a method to get a free unit. this action places the burden on them to pay return shipping.

I want to buy a new one but do not want top be suckered again by this company. they should be punished by "no sales" Robert.

Mine was less the a month old and all the writing on the control panel is just wiping off called the phone number and was on hold for ever. Sent an email and never heard anything back would never buy

The lettering on the control panel is all coming off the lower row is almost all gone you can no longer see where the on off switch was and one by one the areas just come off if you touch that area.

They did replace with a new one after all this at no cost to me and gave me free shipping to return old one. So far no problem with the new one. So they did make it right in the long run!

WtfI bought a Nuwave oven with all kinds of extra things to go with it. My total cost for everything so far was over $500.00 yup I was really taken for a ride..

I guess the free pressure cooker wasn't so free after all. I told them I wanted the 8 quart free pressure cooker, and they sent me the 6 quart. I now have had my Nuwave oven for over 2 months now, and it's NOTHING but a dust collector and the pressure cooker I never even opened. I have been trying to contact the company so that I may return everything.

I have called numerous times and of course it's a machine I'm told they're going to put my call through to a representative and have gotten hung up on every time. I sent emails and no response from them at all. They're very quick to take your money I had a charge of over $200.00 on my credit card even before we hung up the phone, and before I received anything. I guess I'm stuck with a dust collector that I'll never use!!

Along with all the extras. Buyer Beware DO NOT order anything and I mean anything from that company because if you're not happy with it you're stuck with it. I live on a fixed income.. So I guess lesson learned.

Run in the other direction. And even if I try to sell it I'll still never recover the money I paid for it!!!

I see all the complaints

I love it. I am a single widow and this oven is the greatest gift for someone who is a renewed home cook. Yes, there are shortcomings but my new car doesn't climb trees also. Everything has limitations and we got to learn to work within those limits... but then, I'm just a stupid multi-college graduate who has worked for three universities. I don't cook bacon in the oven though I wish I could but I can't. stuffe stuffed

Called your customer service and that was a joke, I’m looking into how many other people have had the same issue and I will act accordingly with in my rights your making money off a product you know is faulty and can possibly cause harm so out of the 75 I have come across a class action suit seem too be the end result.

Nuwave oven quit working

Got the Nuwave 7.25 as a gift at Christmas. We used it 3 times with nice results. The 4th time we used it it quit, stopped working, just shut off no error code no nothing. Tried contacting there customer service, I was on hold for 45 minutes twice and they hung up on me both times. The live chat does not work either.

I bought the Bravo XL oven and upgrade to the 8 Quart Pressure Cooker.The oven does not work and the pressure cooker has a big dent in the side. I called customer service and they said I could return the oven and I have to pay shipping. They said I could not return the Pressure cooker and they will not give me a refund or replace it. I want a full refund.I will never buy anything from Nuwave again and will tell everyone about this terrible customer service.
