It does not cook as fast as they said it would Example chicken wings, They never crisped up like they said they would. I used the air fryer followed their directions. They took about forty five minutes and I could have made a better batch in a regular oven look before you buyIt is also a chore to clean it up.

I purchased the Nuwave AirFryer brio 6qt in Feb 2020, a couple months later it STOPPED heating, they replaced it with another unit, almost TWO months later the replacement unit STOPPED heating. Now I'm being told, I CAN'T get my money back.. VERY DISAPPOINTED &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I WILL be taking further action.

Just so everyone KNOW...I did email this person from Nuwave in response to the response below... They STILL REFUSE to refund my $189 I WASTED on their Brio AirFryer...

NO customer should have to settle for replacing an appliance CONTINUALLY...And NO customer should receive TWO DIFFERENT AirFryers, within ONLY 4months, & have the SAME ISSUE out of BOTH of them, and they expect me to trust their product... DON'T BUY THE NUWAVE AIRFRYER!!!!

NO customer should be asked to KEEP replacing a DEFECTIVE appliance. I have a Nuwave Bravo convection oven & love it, I have the Nuwave countertop pic & love it, I've been using the Nuwave oven with the dome since 2011 & love it...

But this company somehow DROPPED the ball when it comes to the AirFryers, I am NOT the ONLY one that has this issue, & there are MANY other complaints about the Nuwave AirFryer... What happened CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?!!! SOMEONE in this company NEEDS to say, "Hey, let's sit down, & figure out what's going WRONG with the production of the Nuwave AirFryers & FIX it "....

I am a LOW income single Mom & CAN'T AFFORD to just LOSE money on something that DOESN'T work... My next step is unfortunately going to have to be small claims, as I was advised by a lawyer.

My daughter order online a gift Nu wave air fryer because I love that A part was missing when she order was first one from bedbath and beyond. It was difficult to return or exchang at bed bath.Finally they agree to exchange. Now its been year an half. 6 months ago glass was melt and I was afraid to use . I didnt use that much. Now the glass screen was cracked and I am afraid using that. Please I appreciate if you help me send me that part so I can keep using. Thanks
