Had a faulty cooker,used 1 month and locked shut on me where i couldnt get it open. Called cs and they said it was under warranty so would send another....no confirmed email so called back cause they dont answer emails and nothing was done so this rep took care of it and got a email stating it would arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

About 10 days go by and i call again they check and said it was just shipped out that day??

Very nice people but no follow through.. been without this product i was just starting to love and now its been abiut 3 weeks....uggg
