My dome cracked and also warped on my Nuwave. I emailed customer service and was told they could do nothing for me and gave me a number to another department.

I called that (twice) and was on hold for 30 minutes on two different occasions. The hold music cuts in and says if time is limited, go to Nuwavenow.com for live chat. That was a joke as well. Buyer beware.

There is no reason that the dumb should crack or warp. I have taken very good care of it, hand wash only, and it sits on the counter so it’s not moved to and from places. Shame on Nuwave for not backing their product.

I will never purchase another. Terrible customer service
