My plastic cover cracked and I drilled a hole to stop the run. A few months later my cover was full of holes.

then the thermo fuse broke down. replaced same then the top cover started to crack. Still going. Do 4 to 5 minutes then lift lid to let hot air out and do another 4 or 5 minutes.

They are now offering two for the price of one. but they will individual wrap each item and charge to shipping rate on each item ordered even the recipes thats how they make their money. Your best bet is to use a good credit card to pay and should you not be satisfied when you receive same shout fraud. The credit company will refund if you say you were overcharged and if they do not pay return shipping cost ....you have a free appliance.

But be fair. Do this only if they overcharge you and not a method to get a free unit. this action places the burden on them to pay return shipping.

I want to buy a new one but do not want top be suckered again by this company. they should be punished by "no sales" Robert.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with how oven cooks and food is prepared quickly and stated that there is a room for improvement of deception in pricing and overcharge scam. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of nuwave oven oven and associated monetary loss in the amount of $307. Nuwave Oven needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
