Nuwave oven website and customer service is a rachet! Once either gets credit card info, it is too late, no changing your mind, no matter how many times you tell them to cancel the order, your getting charged and YOU are getting the oven!Spent 20 minutes on the phone with"dave" at customer service explaining to him how after all the constant upsales on website, and the fact with all the "free" gifts that my shipping costs were going to be $150 because each of the "gifts" are shipped separately and each has a shipping charge!

I told him where he could stick his F#*Kin oven, and to not even think of billing me! 2 weeks later, knock on the door heres my oven! Checked credit card, sure enough, got me!!!

NUWAVE SUCKS! FML

Monetary Loss: $270.

I thought if you paid by credit card and returned item, your credit card company would not allow them to bill collect. I thought purchasing wiht a credit card was a safer way of purchasing. Did you contact your c/c company?
