I purchase the PIC in December 2015 it messed up had to send it back and had to pay for shipment to send it back they sent me a deffective one and said sense my warranty is up they will not replace it.

bought 6 of the nu-wave pro and the nu-wave2 both are junk. I will be putting a mock info-mercial on you tube in a couple days.

water boils at 212 degrees mine boils at 160 degrees nothing but junk.I had mine 8 days before it messed up. they made me pay shipping both ways,I actually spoke to a gentleman that worked for them for 3 years.

he told me if all you paid was shipping and handling both ways they would still make really good money after 100,000 were sold defective. nothing but a bunch of slime balls...........................................................................

NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING, TO GET THE PRODUCT BACK TO THEM, THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME 100% CREDIT FOR THE INITIAL CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB. THEY CHARGED ME $70 AND SOME CHANGE FOR THE SHIPPING TO ME WHEN I ONLY PAID $50 SOMETHING TO GET IT BACK TO THEM. HOW CAN I SHIP IT CHEAPER THAN THEY CAN???????????????? NOT TO MENTION THE REVIEWS FROM THIS PRODUCT SUCK...DOME'S BREAK AND ARE VERY EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE. THIS IS A MONEY DRIVEN COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BAD REVIEWS.
