I placed an order online i call the company because my computer froze i ask for amanager because a rep who sounded very unproper with no phone skills couldnt help me i sppke with a supervisor who was rude stating there is nothing i can do i asked for her manager and when she refuse to jelp me i asked for someone above her and she stated i am in charge i informed her are you ok and hung up i then called again spoke to a new rep i assume she didnt even lknow how the website worked and you work ther?shame on this company for the lies and unprofessionalism i have names if you would like try calling and asking for her and you will see for yourself young and rude this company sucks.

Monetary Loss: $174.

Somehow I don't feel that DAVID us getting the blatant hints that there is a problem with his staff communication skills. People who make complaints over the phone, do not see the staff and therefore their phone ettiquete and mannerism should be impecable. This company is a service oriented one and therefore "service" should be a priority.
