Ordered on 8/6/18 talked to them on 8/13 we had a bad storm our roof blew off we have $1,000 deductible. I tried to stop order they said UPS would charge me a refusal charge and they would charge me a return fee and the shipping cost.

It's hard to understand how a company as large as this is can con senior citizens. the high pressure they put on you when ordering is terrible. Is there anything that can be done They are telling me now they aren't charging shipping costs.
