My issue with NuWave Air Fryer has been resolved. After I went through the Better Business Bureau (the Chicago office), and because of putting a stop on my credit card payment, NuWave finally refunded all of my money.

Since my post I was surprised to see a rather fast response from Jessica with Nu Wave.Since then, I have been in contact with a CSR named Arturo. Arturo took the time to understand what was happening.

He was very thorough and although this did not work out exactly as I would have liked, I am satisfied with his response, his action and desire to help me as much as he could within the confines of his Company Policy.

I am happy to report, even though there is a flaw in the design of the dome that still must be addressed, their Customer Service Representatives are willing to help. I am loving my NuWave and am still not willing to give up on my daily use of the product.

I am glad to say Nu Wave sent me two new improved dome with a full three year warranty. I did pay for the shipping, so we will see how the new dome works and hopefully we won't be needing a new one any time soon...

I don't understand why they keep charging for postage when their product clearly has issues. This just seems weird to me.

My power head quit with very little use and Jessica said they would send me one free but wants $11 in postage. such an odd business model. Well, I hope you get what you requested and it works. If they do not send to me free, I am going to trash the rest of it.

Either way, I will never buy their products again. Just too sketchy.

Shortly after my post I received a response from Jessica with NuWave.

I called her this morning (06/04/2015) and she was very helpful.

We spoke and after explaining my unhappiness with the upgrade that I didn't request and the associated fees, the upgrade charges are going to be refunded.

Thank you Jessica, your help is very appreciated and I hope that others are as happy with their product as I am.
