I was contacted immediately by a rep. She was polite and concerned with my complaint.

She informed me I that would receive my entire dollar amount and she apologized on behalf of the company. I was refunded in a couple of days.

I called just to order one Nuwave oven. The service rep constantly bombarded me with other offers.

I felt as if I didn't agree to at least one other offer I wasn't going to be able to purchase the one oven I wanted. So after i was all said and done my bill was 1130.00. So after i got off the phone I immediately got on line to look it up. SCAM SCAM SCAM!.

I called right back to cancel my order. They gave me a number to call and it was out of service. Then I called again, followed the prompt and got the number to "QUESTIONS" about your order. Its funny that when you want to place an order that answer on the first ring.

Trying the cancel and each call took about 2 or 3 minutes for them to answer. The rep. gave me a bunch of BS about not seeing my order. She said she would call back.

I knew better then that now. I finally talked to a another rep, of course she says its been shipped and unfortunately I can only receive my dollar amount for the oven. They have made a 60.dollar profit off of me because one of the Reps.

did not put a hold on the order..OF COURSE SHE WASNT!!. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!..I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT THIS UNTIL I AM COMPENSATED.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $127.
