They don't send all the "free items" they promise until after the 90 days.They call it "backordered".
That way, if the customer is unsatisfied, they don't get the free items promised. The cooktop only seems to work with their overpriced pans with overpriced shipping. They don't tell you that as well. They say "may work with other pans".
It doesn't. I've tried over 100 different pans. Various types of metal, it doesn't matter. None work.
And, when you want to reach their customer service, it doesn't exist. I tried all avenues. Their online chat is never online. Emails don't get replies, and phone goes to voicemail, even during business hours.
Their sales team is ALWAYS available, but they will just redirect you to the voicemail number. They say it's because they're experiencing a high volume of calls. Consider this. If the customers are happy, why is the company experiencing call volumes so high in their customer service department that customers can never reach a live person.
They're making their money off the overpriced shipping. That's why you don't get that back.
And they're forcing the customers to keep the product by not being available in customer service.BUYER BEWARE, YOU WERE WARNED!
