I purchased an air fryer late November and part of it cracked earlier this month and shrunk due to the heat. I contacted customer service and their response was,

"Thank you for reaching out to us. Your claim has been processed and denied. This crack is considered an accidental damage and would not be covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. You may purchase parts and accessories at under parts and accessories or by calling our Customer Service Department at 877-689-2838. We are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Central Standard Time."

It's not a PART that can be REPLACED. The design is FLAWED.

I agree the domes are garbage !!! And now they say its out of stock ??

Really i purchase so far 4 domes and wvery single one crack within 3 months ... do not buy
